I give and bequeth unto my beloved Wife\u00a0<strong>MARY<\/strong>\u00a0one bed and furniture her choice, one beaufatt and crockery which it contains, two hogs her choice and one cow and calf her choice, to her and her heirs forever. I also leave the use of negro Phipe to her during her natural life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Item. I give and bequeth unto my Son\u00a0<strong>JOSIAH JONES<\/strong>\u00a0the plantation which I bought of SAMUEL TUMBLIN and also seven acres of the wood land atched to the land where I now live to be set of from the North end of this tract of land to him and his heirs forever, with the exception of two and fifty dollars to be paid out of said lands to my Daughter\u00a0<strong>CHLOE JONES<\/strong>\u00a0to her and her heirs forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Item. I give and bequeth unto my Daughter\u00a0<strong>BETSEY JONES<\/strong>\u00a0the plantation whereon I now live and negro Dhiue(?) reserving the use of her to my Wife to her and her heirs forever with exception two hundred and fifty dollars to be paid out of said lands to my Daughter\u00a0<strong>CHLOE JONES<\/strong>\u00a0to her and her heirs forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Item. STAPLES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><strong>JOSIAH JONES<\/strong> qual\u2019d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Pd. 3 of<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Camden County Court<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">February Term 1825<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">This was exhibited in open Court and proved as the Last Will and Testament of\u00a0<strong>LEMUEL JONES<\/strong>\u00a0dec\u2019d by the oath of <strong>THOMAS TILLETT<\/strong> a subscribing witness thereto in due form of law, and J<strong>OSIAH JONES<\/strong> one of the Executors therein named appeared and qualified as Executor thereto.
