I\u00a0<strong>ISAAC HARRINGTON<\/strong>\u00a0being of sound mind but very lenn in bodily health &amp; knowing that God has appointed all men to die blessed be his name for the same I have thought proper to leave my morlaly goods real &amp; personal, that the Lord has been pleased to bless me with in the following manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">1<sup>st<\/sup>. I commit my body to the earth from whence it came.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0I leave my Executer her after named full power as can be vested in an Executor to sell as best suits him six or twelve months my plantation I now live on also my house &amp; lot in Elizabeth City on the same terms. Also my chatell property to be sold on a credit of six months, and there for my Executor to pay all my just debts &amp; burial expences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">3<sup>rd<\/sup>. I give out of the residue that my be left after paying all just debts to my five children her mentioned viz.<strong>MILES HARRINGTON,\u00a0WILLET HARRINGTON,\u00a0POLLY HARRINGTON,\u00a0CHLOE\u00a0HARRINGTON, <\/strong>&amp;<strong>\u00a0EMMY HARRINGTON\u00a0<\/strong>one hundred &amp; ten dollars each to be paid by my Executor as he may think they need.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">4<sup>th<\/sup>. I give the balance that my be left after paying the above legacies or my Executor retaining the above sumes in his hands &amp; paying my debts to <strong>LUCY PRITCHARD<\/strong> Wife of <strong>ELISHA PRITCHARD<\/strong>, <strong>SALLY CLARKE<\/strong> Wife of <strong>HENRY CLARKE<\/strong>,<strong> SILAS HARRINGTON<\/strong> &amp;<strong> ISAAC HARRINGTON<\/strong> to be equally divided between them four as named.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">5<sup>th<\/sup>.
