I\u00a0<\/span><strong>HEZEKIAH BRITE Junr<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 21px\">. Of the County of Camden &amp; State of North Carolina of perfect, sound, disposing mind and memory do make this my Last Will &amp; Testament in the following manner to wit.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item 1<sup>st<\/sup>. I leave to my beloved Wife\u00a0<strong>ELIZABETH<\/strong>\u00a0as long as she lives my widow, the use of fifteen thousand corn hills adjoining the houses&#8212;Also I give to my Wife\u00a0<strong>ELIZABETH<\/strong>\u00a0one bed &amp; furniture, one linen wheel to her and her heirs forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item 2<sup>nd<\/sup>. I give desire &amp; bequeath to my Son\u00a0<strong>ALMOND BRITE<\/strong>\u00a0a certain tract or piece of lands containing twenty five acres more or less according to the following bounds beginning at a Red Oak a corner tree in the new survey then runing down a branch to WILLIAM JONES heirs line then along the line to SPENCE\u2019S line, then along SPENCE\u2019S line to the line of a piece sold to JESSE EASON then binding the same to ANNEY RHODES line then binding ANNY RHODES line to the first station to him and his heirs forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item 3<sup>rd<\/sup>. I give devise &amp; bequeathed to my Son\u00a0<strong>MALACHI BRITE<\/strong>\u00a0a certain piece of land containing fifteen acres more or less according to the following bounds&#8212;beginning on the road at the Gap then runing along the Causeway road leading to the house to the corner of the cyder roof then a streight course toward Sycamore stump, then runing down the old to the end slew(?) of &amp; thence southerly to an Elm near the corn of the Island Tract then binding an old ditch to causeway or Big Ditch then binding the big ditch &amp; ANNY RHODES line to the road then binding road to the first station to him &amp; his heirs forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item 4<sup>th<\/sup>. I give devise &amp; bequeath to my Son\u00a0<strong>SILAS BRITE<\/strong>\u00a0a certain piece of land lying over the road called the Old Wheat Tract, according to the following bounds, beginning in ANNA RHODES line at the three corner Beaches then binding ANNA RHODES line to the road then along the road to JOHN JONES line then along his line to the first station or Beaches to him &amp; his heirs forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item 5<sup>th<\/sup>. I give devise &amp; bequeath to my Son<strong>\u00a0CHARLES BRITE<\/strong>\u00a0all the personal estate of every description within doors or without that I may be possesed of at the time of my death, after paying all my just debts to him and his heirs forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item 6<sup>th<\/sup>. I give devise &amp; bequeath to my two Sons<strong>\u00a0MALACHI <\/strong>&amp;<strong> SILAS\u00a0BRITE<\/strong>\u00a0a small slip of land lying between the three corner Beaches &amp; the Red Oak (being all the balance of my lands) to be equally divided between the two, to them &amp; their heirs forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item 7<sup>th<\/sup>. It is my will &amp; desire that my Son\u00a0<strong>ALMOND BRITE\u00a0<\/strong>should have water course of aproper width &amp; depth across the lands of his Brothers to the River Swamp &amp; Big Ditch which ever he may find most convenient for the purpose of draining his lands.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">I nominate &amp; appoint <strong>GEORGE FEREBEE<\/strong> Executor to this my Last Will &amp; Testament revoking all other Wills &amp; Bequeaths heretofore made.
