During the week of February 9, 2009 the resting ground of the Ferebee family was cleaned up and additional tombstones were located. With Gloria\u2019s permission we are publishing the information in her book and the names on the additional stones found.<\/p>\n<p>Location:\u00a0South side of Run Swamp Road state road 1201 &#8211;\u00a0.1 mile east from Lamb\u2019s Road state road 1208;\u00a0N36 21.145 W76 09.664\u00a0(Information from WPA RECORDS)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Edwin Ferebee, MD<\/strong><br \/>\nHusband of Mary E. Ferebee<\/p>\n<p>Oct. 4, 1819<br \/>\nOct. 23, 1880<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mary E. Ferebee<\/strong> (maiden name-Boushal)<br \/>\nWife of\u00a0Edwin Ferebee<\/p>\n<p>Oct. 23, 1827 (note: her husband died on her birthday)<br \/>\nJuly 10, 1911<\/p>\n<p><strong>Robert Lee Ferebee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Feb. 1, 1865<br \/>\nNov. 20, 1881<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wiley Grandy Ferebee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jan. 21, 1858<br \/>\nOct. 16, 1895<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Tombstones found February 2009<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sarah (was she a Ferebee?)<\/strong><br \/>\nWife of Edmond Arnold<\/p>\n<p>born April 15, 1843<br \/>\ndied Nov. 22, 1905<\/p>\n<p>(according to the 1880 census records they had at least two children\u2026John and Quinton)<\/p>\n<p>On same stone (brother and sister)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Edwin Ferebee, MD<\/strong> (Camden County death records show that he never married)<\/p>\n<p>1860-1930<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mary F. Applewhite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>April 13, 1862<br \/>\nMay 12, 1933<\/p>\n<p>Mary was the daughter of Edwin and Mary Ferebee and the wife of E. P. Applewhite. She was living in Shawboro when she died according to her death certificate.
