In addition to his parents, his first wife, Ada Marie Parleir, and a brother, George Allen Parleir, preceded him in death. Lovelace of Vale, S. Craig Lovelace of Hickory, Brother: Robert Leslie Parleir of Lincolnton 12 Grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Conover with Rev. Mickey Moree and Rev. Dixon Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Conover City Cemetery in Conover. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:15-2:15 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
