3585	i.	Frances G. "Jimmie" AUSTIN was born on 9 November 1929 in Catawba County, North Carolina. She died on 17 November 2011 at the age of 82 in Lutheran Home East, Hickory, North Carolina. She was buried in Bethel United Church of Christ Cemetery south of Hickory, Catawba County, NC. Her obituary appeared as follows: HICKORY Frances G. "Jimmie" Austin, 82, of Hickory, passed away Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011 at Lutheran Home East. Born Nov. 9, 1929 in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Austin and Blanche Simpson Austin. A member of Brookford Baptist Church, Ms. Austin was retired from Catawba Memorial Hospital. She was a loving Aunt and Mimi. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rebecca Austin Bolch. She is survived by a niece, Stacey Bolch Simmons and her husband, Rufus of Hickory; nephew, Jeff Bolch and his wife, Debbie of Hickory; aunt, Betty Caldwell of Hickory; three great-nieces, Hannah, Sally and Bayleigh Bolch, all of Hickory; and three great nephews, Zack Bolch and his wife, Chasity of Newton, Garret Bolch, and Brett Bolch. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, at Bethel United Church of Christ Cemetery with the Rev. Jesse Lott officiating. 3586	ii.	Rebecca (Becky) AUSTIN was born on 17 September 1939 in Catawba County, North Carolina. She died on 7 June 2005 at the age of 65 in Frye Regional Medical Center, Hickory, Catawba County, NC. She was buried in St. Stephen's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Hickory, NC. Her obituary appeared as follows: HICKORY - Rebecca (Becky) Austin Bolch, 65, of Hickory, died June 7, 2005, at Frye Regional Medical Center. Born Sept. 17, 1939, in Catawba County, she was a daughter of the late Dewey and Blanche Simpson Austin. A member of St. Stephens Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, she retired from the medical field. Mrs. Bolch was a loving mother and grandmother and loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold (Bo) Bolch. Survivors include a daughter, Stacey Bolch of Hickory; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Debbie Bolch of Hickory; a sister, Frances Austin of Hickory; three grandsons, Zack Bolch, Garret Bolch and Brett Bolch of Hickory; and three granddaughters, Sally Bolch, Bayleigh Bolch and Hannah Bolch of Hickory. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Stephens Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. The body will be placed in the church 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
