243. Jacob Harvey SETZER was born on 15 May 1837 in Lincoln (Catawba County), North Carolina.150,151,596 His record in the War Between the States is as follows:580 SETZER, JACOB HARVEY, Private, Co. E. 57th Regiment, NC Troops - Enlisted in Catawba County on July 4, 1862, for the war. Hospitalized at Richmond, Virginia, October 10, 1862, with typhoid fever. Furloughed for thirty days on or about October 18, 1862. Returned to duty in November-December, 1862. Reported present through October 31, 1863. Captured at Rappahannock Station, Virginia. November 7, 1863. Confined at Point Lookout; Maryland. November 11, 1863. Paroled at Point Lookout on February 24, 1865. Received at Aiken's Landing, James River, Virginia, February 25-28 or March 2, 1865, for exchange. Hospital at Richmond on March 2, 1865. Reported still in hospital at Richmond on March 18, 1865. Apparently died in hospital at Richmond. Date and cause of death not reported. He died between 1863 and 1864 at the age of 26 in the Civil War.151

Margaret Talitha "Litha" LITTLE, daughter of George Sparks LITTLE and Nancy PEED, was born on 11 February 1831 in Lincoln (Catawba County), North Carolina.605,606,607,608,609,610 She died on 19 June 1887 at the age of 56 in Catawba County, North Carolina.610 She was buried in Bethlehem Methodist Church Cemetery, Claremont, North Carolina.
