Roscoe Alexander HEFNER, son of Titus Alfonso HEFNER and Lavina/Lovinia "Lovie" M. [Waggoner] WAGNER, was born in January 1895 in North Carolina.^{1284,1556,2355} He died in 1968 at the age of 73 in Catawba County, North Carolina and was buried in St. Peter's Lutheran Church (MO Synod) Cemetery.²³⁵⁵

Bertie L. STARNES and Roscoe Alexander HEFNER had the following children:
