Mack Donald WARREN, son of Charles Bruce WARREN and Edith Winifred LITTLE, was born on 9 April 1927 in Catawba County, North Carolina. He died on 29 September 2003 at the age of 76 in Catawba Valley Medical Center, Hickory, Catawba County, North Carolina. His obituary appeared as follows: WARREN, Mack Donald Mack D. Warren, 76, of Abernethy Center, formerly of West 6th Street, Newton, NC, died Monday, September 29, 2003 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born April 9, 1927 in Catawba County, he was the son of the late Charlie B. and Edith Little Warren. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Claremont and was the former owner N. Main Motors in Newton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Trilby Drum Warren, a sister, Sadie Setzer, and a brother, Brian Warren. Survivors include: Son & Daughter-in-law: Dexter D. and Gussy Warren of Newton; Daughter & Son-in-law: Criss and Alex Ervin of Newton; Sisters: Hilma Witherspoon of Newton, Hazel Carpenter of Lincolnton; Brothers: Conley Warren of Maiden, Herman Warren of Lenoir, Kenneth Warren of Catawba; 3 Grandchildren Josh, Gabe and Quint Ervin. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2003 at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Claremont. Rev. Dr. Charles Dickson and Rev. Dr. Bill B. Mims, Jr. will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, at Drum Funeral Home in Conover. Pallbearers will be Eddie Warren, Jerry Cashion, Jeremy Cashion, Grey Drum, Zane Drum, Rain Drum. Memorials may be sent to Mt.
