George Grover JONES, son of William Jacob JONES and Etta Victoria CALDWELL, was born on 26 January 1893.^566,2515 He died on 20 May 1970 at the age of 77 in Catawba County, North Carolina.⁵⁶⁶ He was buried in Mountain View Methodist Church, Claremont, North Carolina.
