1691. Herman Vance CLINE was born on 14 September 1889.³⁰³ He died on 29 September 1966 at the age of 77 in Norton, Wise, Virginia. He was buried in Temple Hill Cemetery.

Herman Vance CLINE and Laura Louella CLINE were married on 14 May 1914. Laura Louella CLINE, daughter of Jason Jerome CLINE and Candace Camilla Novella MILLER, was born on 14 April 1887.^416,2216 She died on 2 November 1929 at the age of 42 in VA and was buried in Ramsay Cemetery, St. Paul near Norton, VA.²²¹⁷ She was buried in Ramsay Cemetery.
