Eliza Fredonia [Holler] HOLLAR and Rev. James R. BOWMAN were married on 17 September 1893 in Catawba County, North Carolina by S. E. Killian, J.P..¹⁵⁹⁹ by S. E. Killian, J.P.; Wit: J.T. Herman, F.L. Holler, W.E. Miller Rev. James R. BOWMAN, son of Guilford Urias (Darius) BOWMAN and Harriet L. STARR, was born on 23 July 1871.^{1599,1600,1601} He died on 16 October 1956 at the age of 85 in Catawba County, North Carolina.¹⁶⁰¹ He was buried in Fairgrove Methodist Church Cemetery, Hickory, North Carolina.
