Frances Helen ROSEMAN was born on 5 June 1922 in Catawba County, North Carolina. She died on 15 December 2011 at the age of 89 in Pallative Care & Hospice of Catawba Valley, Newton, North Carolina. She was buried in St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery (MO Synod), Conover, Catawba County, NC. Her obituary appeared as follows: CONOVER Frances Helen Roseman Goble, 89, of Claremont, passed away Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, at Palliative CareCenter and Hospice of Catawba Valley. Born June 5, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Willie Roscoe Rose-man and Fannie Elizabeth Roseman Roseman. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. After 45 years of service, she retired from Southern Glove Manufacturing Company in 1986. Ms. Goble was a life- long member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Conover where she taught Sunday school and Bible school for over 50 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Evelyn Kaye Goble; a brother, Glenn Everette Roseman; a sister, Della "Lib" Sigmon and her husband, R.V., Lilly Hefner and her husband, Russell, Eddie Hefner; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Hester and Clyde Little. Mrs. Goble is survived by her sons, Carl E. Goble and his wife, Brenda, of Claremont, Larry Goble and his wife, Judy, of Newton, Steve Goble and his wife, Melissa, of Maiden; her sisters, Eve-lyn R. Hester and Celia "Jane" Little; her brother-in-law, John "Jr." Hefner; her grandchildren, Carl Goble, Jr., Rebecca Goble, Jonathan Goble, Melissa Reep and her husband, Harold, Diane Shuford and her husband, Rodney, Richard Elrod and his wife, Amy, Michelle Uzzell, Tabatha Garrett; her great-grandchildren, Jasper Goble, Noah Goble, Megan Shuford, Sean Shuford, Jeremiah Shu-ford, Abagail Killam, Jordon Reep, Wyatt Reep, Keith Uzzell, Beth Uzzell, Jaime Uzzell, and Evie Mae Goble. A service of remembrance will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church in Conover Monday, Dec. 19, at 4 p.m. with the Revs. Scott Johnson and Anton Lagoutine officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, Dec. 19, at the church prior to the service from 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church Building Fund, 2126 St. John's Church Road, Conover, NC 28613. Eddie ROSEMAN was born on 15 November 1932 in Catawba County, North Carolina. She died on 1 June 2010 at the age of 77 in Claremont, Catawba County, North Carolina. She was buried in St. John's Lutheran Church (MO Synod) Cemetery, Conover, Catawba County, NC. Her obituary appeared as follows: CLAREMONT - Mrs. Eddie Roseman Hefner, 77, of Claremont, died Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at her residence. Born on Nov. 15, 1932, in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late Willie Roscoe Roseman and Fannie Elizabeth Roseman. Mrs. Hefner was a lifelong member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Conover and worked for Ridgeview Hosiery Mill for over 40 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Elizabeth Sigmon and her husband, R.V. Sigmon, and Lillie Hefner and her husband, Russell "Red" Hefner; brother, Everette Roseman and his wife, Colene Roseman; and brothers-in-law, Clyde Little and Robert Hester. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, John Hefner; daughter, Amy Hefner Sigmon and her husband, William, of Claremont; son, Johnny William Hefner and his wife, Lisa, of Statesville; grandchildren, Plennie Hefner Sides and her husband, Paul, Jimmy William Hefner, Amanda Michelle Tomlin and Melinda Claire Sigmon; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Montaigne, Dalton Everidge and John David Sides; and sisters, Frances Goble of Claremont, Evelyn Hester of Conover and Jane Little of Claremont. A service of remembrance will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2010, at St. John's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Scott Johnson and the Rev. Anton Lagoutine officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. at the church.
