William Lawrence SETZER and Ruth Della CLINE were married on 23 October 1937 in Catawba County, North Carolina. Ruth Della CLINE, daughter of Phillip Pinkney CLINE and Cora May RADER, was born on 11 July 1909 in North Carolina.⁷⁵⁰ She was educated in Appalachian State Teachers College, Boone, NC. and became a teacher. She died on 10 December 2001 at the age of 92 in Lutheran Home West, Hickory, North Carolina. Ruth was buried in Eastview Cemetery, Newton, Catawba County, North Carolina.
