John Cephas SMITH, son of James Aubrey SMITH and Sarah Elizabeth WARLICK, was born on 17 April 1938 in Lincoln County, North Carolina.²⁹⁵⁹ He died of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy on 14 January 2007 at the age of 68 in Lutheran Home West, Hickory, North Carolina.
