6585	i.	Thelma Nadine SETZER was born on 11 February 1932 in Claremont, Catawba County, North Carolina. She died on 7 May 2006 at the age of 74 in Largo, Pinellas County, Florida. She was buried in New Elm Ridge Cemetery, Grass Valley, California. Her obituary appeared as follows: GRASS VALLEY, Calif. - Thelma Nadine Setzer passed away in Largo, Fla., on May 7, 2006. She was born Feb. 11, 1932, in Claremont, N.C., to William and Carrie Edith (Baker) Epps. She married Joe C. Setzer on Nov. 27, 1948, in North Carolina, retired from Sears Catalog sales after 10 years, moved to Grass Valley in 1960 and was a 40-year resident of Nevada County. Nadine is survived by her daughter, Jodine Noel of Grass Valley; two sons, Ed Setzer and wife, Brenda, of Clovis, N.M., and Joe Setzer Jr. and wife, Darline, of Troutman, N.C.; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Joe Setzer, in 1997; and a grandson, Eddie Setzer Jr. She will be interred with her husband in New Elm Ridge Cemetery, Grass Valley, at a later date.
