3560. Blanche Marie BOLICK was born on 10 February 1920 in Catawba County, North Carolina. She died on 7 July 2012 at the age of 92 in Newport News, Isle of Wight County, Virginia. She was buried in Fairview (Houck's Chapel) Cemetery, Hickory, North Carolina. Her obituary appeared as follows: Blanche Marie Bolick Brammer, 92, of Newport News, VA and formerly of Hickory, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Gardens of Warwick Forest. Mrs. Brammer was born February 10, 1920 in Catawba County. She was a previous member at Winkler's Grove Baptist Church in Hickory and had retired from Lenoir Rhyne College. Mrs. Brammer was preceded in death by her husband Cecil L. Brammer. She is survived by a son, Larry C. Brammer and wife Elizabeth of Hampton, VA; and daughter, Libby Brammer Robb and husband Joseph of Raleigh, NC. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 in Fairview Cemetery. Bass-Smith Funeral Home in Hickory is serving the family of Blanche Marie Bolick Brammer.
