HICKORY - Mary Mildred Propst, 81, of Hickory, died July 25, 2004, at her residence.
Born Feb. 4, 1923, in Catawba County, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Lilly Helton Warren.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Propst is preceded in death by her husband, Dixon Propst, a daughter, Rebecca Carver, and brothers and sisters.
Survivors include a granddaughter and husband, Mary Jane and Brent Achor of Hickory; three great-granddaughters, Christina Achor of Raleigh and Mindy Achor and Hayley Achor of Hickory; and a great-grandson, Christopher Achor of Hickory.
A memorial service will be conducted by Pastor John Mays at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bass-Smith Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will be at the residence following the service.
