	PETITION FOR SALE OF LAND
It appearing in the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendants are not inhabitants of this State: It is therefore ordered 
by the court That publication be made in the Fayetteville Observer, for six weeks, for the said Defendants to appear at the 
next Court of Equity, to be held for the County of Cumberland, at the Court House in Fayetteville, on the 6th Monday after 
the 4th Monday of March next, and plead, answer or demur, or the petition will be taken proconfesso, and heard exparte.
	Whereas, Arch'd A.T. Smith, Clerk of our said Court, at Office, the 7th Monday after the 4th Monday of September, A.D. 1838.
