Thanks I am interested in the Moore Co. and Cumberland Co. MURCHISON's.
My g g g g grand fathers grave was discovered recently in the rural backwoods
of Coosa Co. AL by pulpwooders. The inscription on the grave said John
B. MURCHISON b January 12, 1774 Cumberland Co. NC and d August 26, 1847.
Only one other grave was found, his wife's Nancy MURCHISON which the inscription
said was the daughter of Kenneth MURCHISON of Moore Co. NC Mother was Catherine
