In the name of God, Amen, I Ann Shaw in the County of Cumberland and State of North Carolina being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last will and testament, in manner and form following that is to say, I give and bequeath unto my sister Mary Shaw, my bed, wheel and clothes and the part which is coming to me of my fathers estate. I do make and constitute Malcom Shaw my brother, executor of this my last will and testament, dated this 27th day of January in the year of our Lord 1813. Ann Shaw
