State of North Carolina, Cumberland County.  In the name of God, Amen, I Creasy Jones of the County ot Cumberland 
and State of North Carolina, being of sound mind, praise be to God for the same, do make this my last will and 
testament, in the manner and form following:

I give, devise and bequest unto my three beloved children, James D. Jones, Alonzo H. Jones and Sadie Vann, their
heirs and assigns forever, all my property and personal and mixed of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever 
the same shall be at the time of my death and be divided in equal portions, share and share alike, to them and
each and every of them, their executors, administrators and assigns absolutely forever. And I do nominate constitute 
and appoint my true and trusty son-in-law, N. A. Vann, my sole executor to serve with out bond or this my last will
and testament, hereby revoking and making void all and every other will at any time have before me, by me and do 
declare this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this 6 day
