Cumberland County Equity Sale
Pursuant to a Decree of the Honorable the Court of Equity, made at Fall Term, 1829, in the suit wherein David Smith (Haymount),
is complainant, and the Widow and Heirs at Law of Wm. W. Ballard, deceased, are defendants, I will on Monday the 1st day of February
next, at the Court House in Fayetteville, between the hours of 11 o'clock, A.M. and 1 o'clock, P.M., expose for sale at Public Auction
The House and lot, situate on Hay Mount, where the said Ballard formerly lived, and containing one half acre of land. A credit of six
