Last Will and Testament of William Bolin - 1794

Know all men by these presents that I William Bolin finding Myself weak in body but of 
perfect mind and memory and Calling to mind the mortality of the body, that it is appointed 
for all men once to die I do herby ordain this my last will and Testament ----------
First I recommend my soul into the hands of the almighty God and my body I desire to be decently 
buried at the discretion of my Executor and as to worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God 
to Bless me with in this life I give demise and dispose of in the following manner, In the 
first place I desire that all my Just Debts be paid by my Executor then I give and bequeath 
to my Beloving Brother James Bolin all the land that I am possessed of one tract containg one 
hundred and fifty acres deeded to me by Archibald Buie and one hundred and fifty acres Deeded 
by Neill Thomson and two hundred Joining the old Survey ??? Loving Brother James a Negroe winch 
called Jenny and her Increes, one Bay mare and Increes one Cow and Calf and all my Stock of Hoggs 
and all my household and Kitchen furniture and all my plough Irons and other tools.

I Do Hereby Constitute appoint and ordain my loving Brother James Bolin my Executor to this my 
last will and testament revoking all other Wills and testament by me made in Witness whereof I 
have hereunto set my hand and seal this 30th Day of Decem.

Signed Sealed Pronounced to be the last will and testament of the said William Bolin in the
