Ordd. that John Fisher have leave to keep an Ordinary at his own dwelling house and offers Thomas Mercer Senr. & John Doxey Securities in the sum of one hundred pounds he observing The law in such Case made & provided &c.
Ordd. that Louis Thomson be allowed the sum of fifteen [inserted remark, "the first year"] pounds for the maintenance of a bastard Child begotten on her Body by Tulley Robertson to commence from the 25 of October 1799.
Ordd. that Louis Thomason be allowed the sum twelve pounds [inserted remark, "the second year"] for the Maintenance of a bastard Child begotten on her body by Tulley Robertson to Commence from the 25 October 1800.
Ordd. that Ann Roberts be Allowed the sum of Ten pounds to be paid In equal quarterly payments for the Maintenance of a bastard Child begotten on her body by Thomas Harris to commence from the 25th Feby. 1801.

Ordd. that Mary Beseley be allowed the sum of Twelve pounds per year for the maintenance of a bastard child begotten on her body by Archabald Mason to Commence from the 18th Decr. 1798.
Ordd. that Mary Beseley be allowed the sum of Ten pounds pr. year for the maintenance of a bastard Child begotten on her body by Archabald Mason to Commence from the 18th of Decr. 1799.
Ordd. that Mary Beseley be Allowed the sum of Eight pounds pr. year for the Maintenance of a bastard Child begotten on her body by Archabald Mason to Commence from the 18th Decr. 1800.
Ordd. that Charlotte Adkins be allowed the Sum of Sixteen pounds for the first year to Commence from the time of the birth of a bastard child begotten on her body my William O. Neel Junr. to be paid by the said William ONeel Junr.
The last will & Testament of Thomas Williams decd. was Exhibited & proved in open Court by the oaths of Solomon Miller & Kedar Mason at the same Time John Williams Executor therein named qualifyed & Returned Inventory on oath.
Ordd. that Joseph Gordon a Molatto be & is discharged from his apprentice Indenture as Apprentice to Thomas Walker from this day forward forever.
Ordd. that James Aydalott Orphan of William Aydalott decd. be bound an apprentice to Abel Ashbee Esqr. to learn the art of a Coasting Seaman & that he give said Orphan Sufficient Schooling as the law directs.
Ordd. that Solomon Alcock Sheriff keep Clean the Courthouse above & below for the term of Nine Months & that he bring in his bill for his Services which Is to be allowed him out of the County Tax.

The last will & Testament of William Chandler ["Shannon decd." is written above the deleted name Chandler, but not deleted, and "Chandler" is written again above "Shannon decd."] was exhibited...& proved by the Oath of John Aydellott at the same time Joyce Chandler ["Shannon" is written above the deleted name "Chandler"] Executrix therein named qualifyed thereto.
Joseph B. Littlejohn Esquire produced a licence from two of the Judges of the Superior Court of law & Courts of Equity within the State authorizing & impowering him to practice as attorney & Councellor at law in the several Courts of law & Courts of Equity within this State & a Certificate of his having taken the oaths by law Prescribed for his qualtification wherefore it is Ordered that he be admitted a Counsellor & attorney of this Court &c.
Ordd. that the Executrix of the last will & testament of William Chandler decd. sell the perishable part of said decd. Estate & Make Return to next Court.
Ordd. that Elijah Marmaduke be & is discharged from his paying any poll Tax finaly owing to his infirmities.
Ordd. that John Waterfield have leave to renew his ordinary licence bond & offers William Williams & James Ansell Securities in the sum of one hundred pounds.

Ordd. that John Curles Orphan of John Curles decd. about twleve years of age be & is bound & apprentice unto Jesse Taylor untill he arive to the age of Twenty one years to learn the trade of a Black Smith.
Ordd. that Bethany Midyett be & is appointed guardian to Betsey, Benjamin & Samuel Midyetts orphans of Stephen Midyett decd. & offers John Weskett & John Clark securities in the sum of Two hundred & fifty pounds for each orphan.

You are hereby Commanded to Summons a Jury of Good and lawful Men Unconnected with the parties Either by affinity or Consanguinity to Meet on the Premises Now in dispute by a Cavit of Phillip Dauges laid on Samuel Ferebees Entry & that you enter upon the Premises and Try the Right of entry thereof agreeable to act of assembly in such Cases made and provided and as the law directs and that you the said Jury make due Return of your proceedings Thereon to our Next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions held for the County of Currituck on the last Monday in August Next. Witness Spence Hall Clerk of the said Court at Currituck the XXIX day of May and XXVI year of our Independance...Anno domini 1801. T. Baxter DyCCC
Agreeable to an Order of court hereunto annexed we the subscribers being summoned and sworn by the Sheriff to meet on a disputed Entry wherein Phillip Dauge is Plantiff and Samuel Ferebee is defendant Say that Phillip Dauge has the Right of Entry Given Under our hands and Seals this 3d day of July 1801.
