Ordered that William Slaughter orphan of William Slaughter decd. formerly Bound to James Bates be bound an apprentice to John Poyner farmer he being upwards of fourteen years of age and said Poyner to give said orphan such schooling as the Law directs.
Ordered that John Hill and Malachi Read be appointed to adjudge what rent Samuel Miller shall pay for the Plantation formerly Occupied or belonging to Zadock Jones decd. that he obtained by his wife Rebeca Miller decd. to be paid to the surviving heirs of said Zadock Jones decd.

Skinner Esquire having Provided to us a license from the Judges of the Superior Court as a Practising Attorney and Counceller in the Several Courts of Law within this State Ordered therefore that the said Joseph B. Skinner be permitted to practice as an attorney and Counceller in this Court as well as the Several Courts within this district of Edenton.

This plan Represents a piece of land formerly belonging to Daniel Fulford deceased. Begining at a black Gum a Corner between James Jarvise James Lee & the premises (?) then up James Jarvis line...to a Gum...to an Elm...to the Road then along the road...to a small pine Gracey Banks Corner then Along her line North...to a pine [unclear word] her other Corner then along a line of marked Trees...to a Sweet Gum...to a Sasafras...to a Red oak...to a pine in James Lees line Then along his line to the begining Containing 47a 0r 15p then to divide the same Begining at the begining Gum, along Jervises line...a Gum...a post the head of a Ditch...down the ditch to the woods and through the woods by a line of marked tress to a Red Oak then North to a Small gum, in Rachael Fulfords line and we have laid off on the West side 26a 0r 15p and on the East Side 25 acres land and we say that the West side pay to East side or owner thereof six and one quarter silver dollars and on drawing the lots William fulford drawed No. 2 and Mary Fulford No. 1. No. 2 pays to No. 1 6 1/4 Silver dollars.

George Rowland devised by his will as
will be showed hereafter bounded as follows on a Prong of Tulls Creek by the
Stream to Ablain (?) which we begin at a pine on the Percoson Side in Wm.
Floreys line along the Swamp Side...is a turn in the Creek...mouth of
Buckleys Run...to a turn in said Run...to a Small Run near Rowlands
bridge...up said Run, the Stream...to and along Lettisha Lees line...to a
Pine in a branch Making out of the Run Near Wm. Walmsbys Back dam then down
said branch...to a Maple in Miery Branch up said Branch...to Richard Floreys
