In obedience of Writ I took into possession a tract of land of Joseph FEREBEEs & did expose to public sale the tract of land in Moyock District known by name of Light Swamp bounded by the lands of Thomas COX, Joseph BALLENTINE & others containing 300 acres. At the sale held on Aug. 31, 1805 when Willis SIMMONS appeared & bid the sum of 15 Shillings per acre & was highest bid.
