21 Nov 1911 - Application for Letters of Administration - G.W. WILLIAMS, having been sworn, states that Dennis BARNARD, late of Currituck County is dead, having died more than one year from this date, without leaving any will, and that he is the proper person entitled to Letters of Administration on the said estate; that the value of the estate is about $100 and that Jeannette BARNARD (address unknown) is entitled as heir and distributee thereof. /s/ G.W. WILLIAMS
21 Nov 1911 - Letters of Administration - It is proven to the Court that Dennis BARNARD is dead without having made a will and it appears that G.W. WILLIAMS is entitled to the administration of the said estate. /s/ E.W. ANSELL, Clerk Superior Court
21 Nov 1911 - Administrator's Oath - G.W. WILLIAMS swears that Dennis BARNARD died without leaving any last will and that he will administer the estate according to law. /s/ G.W. WILLIAMS
16 Aug 1912 - Final Account of G.W. WILLIAMS, administrator of Dennis BARNARD, deceased. Mentions $200 received from sale of land in order to pay indebtedness of said estate. Amount due the estate was $94.31. /s/ G.W. WILLIAMS, Admr.
