17 Dec 1878 - Summons to renew Judgment -  J.J. BAXTER vs. J.W. BAXTER, Executor of Sarah & Mary BAXTER.  The sheriff of Currituck County is hereby commanded to notify the defendant J.W. BAXTER that J.J. BAXTER has filed a petition in the Clerk's Office to renew judgment in the above recited action.  The case will be heard on the 2^nd Monday in January next at the courthouse where you can appear and show cause, if any, why said petition should not be granted.  /s/ H.B. BAXTER has a judgment docketed in this office against you for $23.00 & costs and said BAXTER has filed a petition for the renewal of said judgment and the same shall be heard on the 2^nd Monday in January next at the courthouse where you can appear and show cause, if any, why said petition should not be granted.  /s/ H.B.
