1869 - Petition of Nelly BELL, widow of Duke BELL, for her year's support. She states that her husband died intestate in 1869 and that Letters of Administration were granted to Dennis WEST. Commissioners were appointed to set off her year's support.
25 Feb 1869 - Report of Commissioners - A year's support was given to Nelly BELL, widow of Duke BELL. Commissioners found the family consisted of the widow and 2 children. /s/ Wm. H. LASELL, James MORSE, J.A. MATHIAS, Wm. C. MERCER
17 July 1869 - Account of sale of the property belonging to the estate of Duke BELL sold by Dennis WEST. Items sold for cash. [The total amount of the sale was too dim to read]
