4 Jan 1922-Moyock - Letter from Rufus C. CUFFEE to Mr. B.B. BELL, CSC. "I hereby relinquish my right to administer on the estate of my son Melvin W. CUFFEE and respectfully request you to appoint Mr. W.L. WILSON as administrator of the estate of said Melvin W. CUFFEE, dec'd." /s/ Rufus C. CUFFEE, Father of Melvin W. CUFFEE, dec'd.
6 Jan 1922 - Letters of Administration. W.L. WILSON, being sworn, states that Melvin W. CUFFEE is dead without leaving any last will or testament and that he is the proper person to administer on his estate; that said estate is worth about $500.00 and that R.C. CUFFEE, father, and Lila, Helen and George CUFFEE are entitled as heirs thereof. /s/ W.L. WILSON (his oath of administration followed)
