22 Mar 1867 - Summons to John C. DOXEY and Miles McPHERSON to appear on the sixth Month after the fourth Monday in March next to answer unto Joseph B. MORGAN, Exec'r. of Robt. WIGGINTON, in a plea of debt that they rendered unto him for $158.80 which they owe and detain to his damages of $75.00. /s/ V.L. PITTS, Clk.
