Nathaniel W. Dudley - 1869
May 12, 1869 - Caleb WHITE, plaintiff, versus Elizabeth DUDLEY, executrix of Nathaniel W. DUDLEY. Caleb WHITE alleges that N.W. DUDLEY executed a note which he promised to pay to Levin WATERFIELD, or the bearer, the sum of $2000.00. WATERFIELD endorsed the note over to Caleb WHITE who received $500.00 on June 6, 1865 and $641.42 on May 27, 1866 but that the defendant still retains a sum due him.
