Napoleon B. Etheridge - 1913

July 25, 1913 - Administrator’s Oath -- I, J. P. ETHERIDGE, do swear that I believe that Napoleon B. ETHERIDGE died without leaving any last Will and Testament; and that I will well and truly administer all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits of the said Napoleon B. ETHERIDGE and a true and perfect inventory thereof return according to law; and that all other duties appertaining to the charge reposed in me I will well and truly perform according to law with the best of my skill and ability,  So help me, God.  /s/   J. P. ETHERIDGE

Sworn and subscribed before me, this 25 day of July 1913

July 25, 1913 - Letters of Administration --  It Being Satisfactorily Proven to the undersigned, Clerk of the Superior Court for Currituck County, that Napoleon B. ETHERIDGE, late of said County, is dead, without having made and published any Last Will and Testament, and it appearing that J. P. ETHERIDGE is entitled to the Administration of the estate of said deceased, and having qualified as Administrator according to law:  

Witness my hand and the seal of said Court, this the 25th day July 1913
