Gentlemen
     You will take Notice that on the part of M^r Th. YOUNGHUSBAND, in a suit at his instance in the County Court of Currituck tryed at last term and in which a Ver^d was found in favour of Mr. Th. YOUNGHUSBAND ag^t the Exe^trs of JAVRES I shall move the Hon^ble the Judges of the Sup^r Court in May Term at Edenton for a Manda___ to confirm the Verdict of the Jury, a new tryal being had by undue means of influence or the otherways, without the knowledge of the said Th. YOUNGHUSBAND as his attorney & improvide.
