George the Third, by the Grace of God, of Great-Brittain, France &
Ireland King Defender of the Faith, &c. To the Sheriff of the County of
Currituck County Greeting. We Command you that you have the Body of
William DUNSTON late of your County planter (if to be found in your
Bailiwick) and him safely keep, so that you have him before our Chief
Justice and his associates at our next Superior Court of Justice to be held
for the district of Edenton on the XXVth Day of Aprill next; then
and there to answer to Peter PATRICK Administrator of all & singular
the goods & chattels rights & credits which were of John PATRICK
deceased of a plea wherefore with force & arms & so forth damage twenty five
pounds procla. money. Herein fail not & have you then & there this Writ.

Province, at Edenton the XXVth Day of October in the XIIIth
Year of our Reign.
