 Walter Dey Fisher was born in Jarvisburg, NC on Nov. 24, 1859 to Isaac C. Fisher & Hester Ann Owens. He died in Norfolk, VA on October 5, 1935 [see death certificate] and is buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk. Walter married Emma C. Flanagan in 1891 and they had 3 children: Ruth Fisher (1894-1941) who married Elmer B. Carner; Robert A. Fisher (1896 - ???); and Mildred Fisher (1898-1964) who married Allen Raymond Cross. |
