Located on Puddin' Ridge Road in Moyock.  Oldest records show that it was owned by a Mr. Sanderlin.  Said to be 125 years old.  Wooden pegs put house together.  Old hand-hewn 12 x 12 sills still in place.  In the process of restoring the "Williamsburg" type porch a "brand" was found in a portion of sill.  Note nine-pane upper window sashes and six-paned lower.
