The Last will and Testament of Polly ALLEN Decd. was Exhibited at May term 1837 and proven by the oath of Isaac WALKER jurat and ordered Recorded.
In the name of god amen . I Polly ALLEN of the state of North carolina and County of Currituck calling To mind that it is ordained for man to Dye being of sound mind and memory recollection Do Make and ordain this my Last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say first.
Item I Give to my Daughter Polly ALLEN all of my Land Whare the ould house stands to her and her heirs forever.
I Give to my Daughter Polly one linning wheel and cards three stool chairs to her and her heirs for ever.
I Give to my Daughter Polly ALLEN all of the Property That I have at my mothers House to her and her heirs Forever.
I Give to my Daughter Polly ALLEN one new county pin all the spun stuff and half of the cotton that is hear.
I Give to my Daughter Sally EVERTON one bed and sted one cover one sheet two pillars one jar one jug to her and her heirs for ever.
I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Betsey CASON one half of my cotton and two County pins. I Give to Betsey my Bonnet and box one wollen Wheel one Smothing Iron one pail to her and her heirs forever.
I Give to my Daughter Polly ALLEN all of my potatoes and one Barrel corn to her and her heirs Forever.
I want the rest of my Corn sold and my Just Debts paid.
I Give to my Daughter Polly ALLEN all the residue of my Estate to her and her Heirs Forever.
I Desire that Demsey W. HAMPTON Holly and soly Exeter to this my Last will and Testament in manner and form a bare witness This the 2 Day of August 1835
