The Last will and Testament of Nancey BARNARD Decd. Was Exhibited at February Term 1837 and proven by the oath of Gideon C. MARCHANT and ordered recorded.
In the name of God Amen. I Nancy BARNARD of the county of Currituck and state of north Carolina Being of sound Disposing mind and memory do on this the 18th of November in the year of our Lord Eighteen Hundred and Thirty six make and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and form Following
I leave the whole of my Estate to be sold on a credit six months and one half the money arising from the sail thereof I Give and bequeath to mary ETHERIDGE Wife of Harry ETHERIDGE and the other half I Give and Bequeath to Margarett TAMPLIN, Nancy DOZIER and Martha DOZIER share and share a Like.
I nominate and appoint Tully L. DOZIER Executor to this my Last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and date above written.
