In the name of God Amen, I John BAROT SEN., being in a low state of helth but of sound mind and memory Thanks bee to God for the same do publish pronoaed and declare this to be my Last Will and Testment in righten.
Itam I give to my Daugter Abia BAROT one hilling (sic) starling to her and her heirs for ever------------
Itam I give to my beloved Wife Catron BAROT the plantation whear on I now live during her life or widow-hood and all my moveable a state within dors and without during life or widowhood and after my Wifes deses my said land to return to my two Sons Samuel and John BAROT and the half of my moveable estate and the other half to my Daughter Patsey to her and her heirs for ever.
and I constitute and ordain my Wife Catron to be my hol and sol executor to this my Last Will and Testament signed sealed and declard the forth day of October one thousand seven hundred and ninty for.
