In the name of God, Amen.
I, Maurice BAUM, of Currituck County in the State of North Carolina, being well in health of body & of sound mind & memory & calling to mind the mortality of the body & knowing that all flesh must Submit unto death doe make my last Will & Testament in manner & form following that is to say first & principally I commend my soul to Almighty God that gave it & my body to the Earth in sure & certain hope of the resurrection to Eternal life at the last day & as for such worldly goods as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give & devise in manner & form following: Viz.--
Imprimis--I give bequeath & devise unto my two sons Abraham BAUM & Maurice BAUM, all my Estate both real & personal, all credits, dues, and demands wheresoever the same may be found be they of what nature or kind soever appertaining to me & it is my will & desire ye same should be Equally divided between them, ye said Abraham and Maurice BAUM as they shall see proper and agree between themselves.
Item--For divers causes me hereunto moving be it known that from this my last Will & Testament I exclude & cut off Elizabeth DOLBE with one shilling sterling.
