In the name of God Amen ( rest of top of page torn)
County, being weak in body but of sound and perfect memory, form this to be my Last Will and Testament. Thanks be to God Almighty for it and now called to mind this ??? life and learning that it is appointed for all once to die and after death to Judgement and as for my worldly Estate. Whereas it has pleased Almighty God for to bless me with, I do return in the manner as follows:

I do give and bequeath to my dearly beloved children Mary BAXTER, Sarah BAXTER all my worldly estate within doors, and without to be equally divided between them and giving to the small one as much as shall be thought sufficient to the expense of raising her to the age of the other. Tully DAUGE and Joshua BAXTER executors given under my hand and seal this eighth day of December 1780.
