The Last will and testament of William BEASLEY was Exhibited at Feby Term 1832 and Proven by the oaths of William SMITH Esqr. & Caleb BEASLEY subscribing witnesses thereto the Exor Qualifyed & ordered to be Recorded
In the name of God Amen. I William BEASLEY of Knotts Island being infirm of body but in perfect mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say.
First I will and bequeath to my beloved Wife Lydia BEASLY the sum of Twenty five dollars in cash.
Item 2nd I lend all the remainder of my property to my wife during her life or widowhod if my Wife should intermarry it is my will that all of my property shall be sold and equally divided between my Wife and children or after the death of my wife if she should never marry again it is my will that all of my estate be sold and equally divided among my children. I nominate and appoint my wife Lydia BEASLEY my lawfull executrix to this my last will and Testament December 31st day 1831.
