In the name of God, Amen. I Robert BELL of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being of sound and perfect mind and memory, blessed be God, do this 13th day of May in the year of our Lord 1815 make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say.

First. I give and bequeath to my Son Robert BELL all my swamp land, laying back of Jeremiah PERKINS, also one negro woman named Let to him and his heirs forever, also I give and bequeath to my Daughter Polly BELL six acres of land where I now live, and one acre of land, lying in a peace of land my Mother bought of George ROWLAND, also three hundred and fifty dollars to her and her heirs forever. All the remainder of my estate to be sold, and the money to be equal divided between my Son Robert BELL and Polly BELL. And I hereby make and ordain my worthy friends Samuel THOMPSON and Wallis BRAY executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Robert BELL have to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written.

Signed sealed, published and declared by the said Robert BELL the testator as his Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who were present at the time of signing and sealing thereof
