State of North Carolina Currituck County, In the name of God Amen This 29th Jany. 1788 I Mary BISCOE being sick in body but of good and perfect memory Thanks be to God and calling to remembrance the uncertity of life and that all flesh must yield to death when please God to call do make and declare this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following---------------
I commend my sole unto Almighty God and my body I commet to the earth to be decently buried at the descretion of my execut. hereafter mentioned and as for my temporle estate as it hath pleased God to bestow on me. I do order and give the same in manner and form following that is to say
Itam: I give and bequeath to my beloved Daughter Rachel CREEKEMAN and my Grandaughter Frankey BRUMSEY to be equally divided all my personal estate within dores and without only my still except which my will and desire is that she may be sold to pay to my Grandaughter a debt of ten pounds or there abouts and the nurssery expences and what remains over to bee equaly divided between my Daughter Rachel CREEKMAN and Frankey BRUMSEY and I hereby make and appoint my loving friend Asahel SIMMONS my full and sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking disanuling and making void all former wills and bequeath by me made and declaring this only to be my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I the said Mary BISCOE have hereunto set my hand and seal
