The Last will and Testament of William BONNY Decd. Was Exhibited at February Term 1837 and proven by the oaths of Henry WHITE and Hillary WHITE Jurats and ordered Recorded.
In the Name of god amen the Thirteenth day of May One Thousand Eight hundred and Thirty six I William BONNY of the state of north carolina and County of currituck being of Sound mind and memory thanks be to God for the same and knowing the uncertainty of this life do make and ordain this my Last will and Testament in form following viz.
Item I give unto my Two Daughters Polly BONNY and Nancy BONNY all of my Land and one negro Woman by the name of Sarah.
Item I give unto Jessee COFFEE one colt.
Item I give unto my wife polly and my Two Daughters Polly BONNY and Nancy BONNY all of moveable property Equally Divided .
Item I give unto Sally BONNY fifty cents
Item I give unto Sally BONNY fifty cents (Note: Sally was given fifty cents twice but one probably meant to be Polly)
in witness whare of I have here unto set my hand and seal the day and date above mentioned
