Feb 12, 1729 - July 7, 1730

In the Name of God amen the tweleth day of febery in the yeare 1729.  I Gorge BOOTH of knots Island being very Sick and Weake in Boddy But of Perfict minde and memmory thanks be to God for it knowing that it is apointed for all men once to die theare fore I recommend my Sole unto all mighty God and then my Boddy for to Be beryed in a Chrision Licke maner as my exetors Shall think fiting.

First [I] Give and bequeth unto my Loving Sons John BOOTH and Gorge BOOTH all my land liing in Viriana for to be equeaelly Devied to them and Teire hirs for ever onely Son John for to have the manns [manor] Plantation.

I Give and bequerth unto my Lovin Daughter Hannah SIMMONS one cow? [next several words are too dim to read] increase for ever.

after all my dets is Paid I Give all the rest of my worldly estate unto My Loving Wife Mary BOOTH and my too Sons John and Gorge BOOTH leving my wife Mary BOOTH my hole and Sole exearick of this my Last Will and testament as witness my hand this twelth Day of feberay 1729.
