I Utility BOSWOOD of the aforesaid county and state being of sound mind, but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence, do make and declare this my last will and testament:
First: My executor herinafer named, shall give my body a decent burial, suitable to the wishes of my friends and relatives, and pay my funeral expenses, together with all my just debts, out of the first moneys which may come into his hands belonging to my estate.
Second: It is my will and desire that my executor hereinafter named shall as soon as possible after my death sell all of my property both real and personal, and if it is impossible for my executor to sell at a private ??? then I desire that he sell it at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, and the proceeds from the sale of my said property I desire to be divided as follows:
My daughter Lillie CRISP is to receive one sixth of the entire amount, my daughter Flora WALKER is to receive one sixth of the entire amount, my daughter Sue COWELL is to receive one sixth of the entire amount, my son G.K.BOSWOOD is to receive one sixth of the entire amount, my daughter Eula BOSWOOD is to receive one sixth of the entire amount, and my grandchildren, the children of my deceased son, Ralph BOSWOOD, namely Mary Sue BOSWOOD, Aleline BOSWOOD & Ralph BOSWOOD one sixth of the entire amount to be divided between them equally.
Third: It is my will and desire that the money I hereby ???? to my grandchildren namely Mary Sue BOSWOOD, Aleline BOSWOOD and Ralph BOSWOOD be placed in some bank on interest, and that none of it be payed to either of them until the youngest one arrives of the age of twenty one years. I also desire that my son G. K. BOSWOOD be appointed as guardian for my said grandchildren and that he carry out my wishes as afore said.
Fourth: I hereby constitute and appoint my son G.K. BOSWOOD my lawfull executor to all intents and purposes, to execute this my last will and testament, according to the true intent and meaning of the same, and every part and clause thereof-hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
In witness whereof, I the said Utility BOSWOOD, do hereunto set my hand and seal this the 30th day of April 1929.
