The last will and Testament of John BRAY deceased was exhibited in open court at Feby. Term 1844 and the execution of the same proved by the oath of (blank)
In the name of God Amen. I John BRAY being feeble in body but having the presence of mind do make and declar this to be my last will and Testament.
Item I give and bequeath unto Samuel FEREBEE JUNOR all of my estate consisting of negroes notes and accounts and my horse bridle and saddle Solly unto him and his heirs & assigns forever. In witness whereof I do here unto set my hand and seal the 12 day of February 1844.
